Responsibilities

• Greets visitors promptly and directs them to the appropriate party.
• Answers and directs incoming calls, taking and distributing messages.
• Manages mail, packages, and related logistics for residents and staff.
• Coordinates transportation requests and follows up for completion.
• Acts as the emergency contact during procedures and alarms.
• Documents and distributes work requests from residents and staff.
• Keeps updated contact lists for residents and community resources.
• Assists the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks.
• Participates in training and development activities as required.
• Reports any elder abuse or neglect per policy.
