Kensington Senior Living, LLC is seeking a part-time Concierge for the Redondo Beach, CA area. The role covers greeting visitors, managing daily communications, mail handling, and coordinating transportation within a senior living community.

The position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency with basic computer tools and a property management system. Evening shifts on Fridays and Saturdays are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; familiarity with Property Management Systems.
• Comfortable operating the property telephone system and alarm systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and determine the visit purpose, guiding to the appropriate party.
• Answer and direct phone calls; relay messages promptly and accurately.
• Manage mail, packages, and related communications.
• Coordinate transportation requests and track fulfillment.
• Know emergency procedures and act as contact during emergencies.
• Document and distribute work requests; follow up to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain organized contact information and logs for residents and staff.
• Assist Business Office Manager with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Attend training and participate in professional development activities.
• Report any elder abuse or neglect per policies.
