Responsibilities

• Perform telephone answering and reception duties professionally.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and provide directions.
• Collate brochures and support marketing materials as requested.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for Dining Services.
• Maintain resident phone lists, rosters, move-in/out registers.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments including transportation.
• Keep front desk areas clean, organized and welcoming at all times.
• Sort and distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Follow policies and confidentiality requirements; perform other duties.
