Job summary

Common Sail Investment Group is seeking a part-time receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and the public at our Eagan location. The role includes answering calls, greeting guests, and supporting the leasing team.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience. Daily tasks include resident check-ins, mail distribution, and basic accounting support as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Greeting residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer all prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency call system and emergency procedure.
