4-K Housing is seeking a Part-Time Concierge at Stoney Brook of Hewitt to create a welcoming first impression for residents, families, and guests while maintaining a secure environment. The role requires responding to requests, guiding visitors, and upholding safety protocols in a community setting. The position includes 8:30 a.m.

– 5:30 p.m. shifts with Sat-Sun coverage and holiday rotation; strong customer service and HIPAA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience at front desk and telephone experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License is required along with good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.
• Must be willing to undergo a routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Remain alert during shifts to respond to emergencies or requests for assistance.
• Monitor incoming public traffic and assist with questions; track residents and guests.
• Greet guests; maintain cleanliness and order in public areas; project a positive first impression.
• Respond to needs of residents, families, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors with courteous assistance.
• Lock/unlock doors at set times per community protocol.
• Answer telephone; determine call nature and relay or route as needed; operate paging system.
