Job summary

Inspired Living is seeking a Concierge at our Lakewood Ranch senior living community in Bradenton, FL. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents, creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through our doors.

You’ll answer calls, direct inquiries, arrange messages, and help maintain a clean, inviting lobby while supporting mail, tours, and resident activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with people in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly, dependable, and confident.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide helpful information.
• Create a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby experience for everyone who enters our community.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and other everyday requests.
• Support activities and encourage residents to participate and stay connected.
• Be a resource for prospective residents and families by answering questions, connecting them with the appropriate sales team, and assisting with tours when needed.
• Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and marketing materials.
• Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with community leaders and jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, and a “how can I help?” attitude to everything you do.
