Job summary

Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to warmly greet residents, guests, and vendors daily. You are the first face visitors see and help create a welcoming community experience.

The role is part-time, evenings and every other weekend, with responsibilities including telephone coverage, assisting residents, processing deliveries, and supporting the Business Office Manager on special projects. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that aligns organizational objectives with good service.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify the resident.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
