Job summary

Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking a hospitality focused Concierge to warmly meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers every day. You are the first face visitors see in our community.

Schedule: Part-time weeknights 4:00-7:00pm, with every other weekend 8:30am-5:00pm. Salary: $16-$18/hour. You will handle telephone coverage, resolve issues, accept and log deliveries, and support the Business Office Manager on projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify recipient.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

Havenwood of Minnetonkais recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Part-time opportunity weeknights 4:00-7:00pm, with every other weekend 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary: $16-$18/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
