Job summary

Laurel Parc, a senior living community in Portland, OR, seeks a Concierge to join the Administration team. You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, and maintain lobby areas while coordinating services and amenities as needed.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7am–3pm. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $19.50 per hour. This full-time role offers frontline customer service in a vibrant community with generous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to use computer/smartphone applications for training and company system purposes.
• Must be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon their arrival to the front lobby.
• Responds to resident, family and co-worker concerns in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining the front office functions and ensures they are run in a smooth and organized manner.
