Laurel Parc in Bethany Village, north of Beaverton, seeks a Concierge to join the Administration team. This full-time role answers phones, greets residents and guests, maintains the lobby, and coordinates services and amenities for residents.

This position will be responsible for answering phones, greeting residents and guests, maintaining the lobby areas, and taking care of any service or amenities the residents may require of them.Schedule: Monday- Thursday 7am-3pmPay: $19.00- $19.50Shift: Full TimeMain Responsibilities:Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon their arrival to the front lobby.Responds to resident, family and co-worker concerns in a timely manner.Assists in maintaining the front office functions and ensures they are run in a smooth and organized mannerLanguage RequirementAll team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes.
