The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or GED) and CPR certification, plus at least one year of related work experience.

• Must have CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner.
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform Residents or staff of arrivals of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate Residents’ requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary.
