Job summary

Vitality Living Acclaim at Belmont Bay in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and guests at the reception desk and support daily operations. You will assist families, relay information to leadership, and maintain organized mail handling in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or residents.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Patient, tactful, cheerful, and enthusiastic in residents' interactions.
• Must meet health-related requirements as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk during assigned periods and perform administrative duties.
• Respond to residents’ family questions and share information with leadership as appropriate.
• Handle emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Organize incoming mail and distribute it to the correct person.
• Attend onboarding, training, and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Director.
