Vinson Hall, a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community in McLean, Virginia, seeks a part-time Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Under supervision, you will support resident engagement and coordinate communications, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for staff and guests alike. Prior hospitality or front desk experience is preferred, with strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
• Experience with older adults and dementia preferred.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support resident engagement.
• Coordinate communications and maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional environment.
