Maplewood Senior Living in Washington, DC is seeking a Concierge for a part-time, on-site role to support administrative operations. You will greet visitors, screen calls, and coordinate RSVPs and transportation while maintaining front desk logs and performing clerical tasks to support residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal relations and ability to relate to diverse people.
• Must have word processing and clerical skills.
• Flexible hours and holiday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Provides positive first impression to all who enter the community.
• Answers and screens incoming calls courteously; routes messages.
• Greets visitors; signs them in; notifies residents of visitors.
• Receives and processes mail; handles outgoing mail/packages.
• Maintains inventory of office supplies and clerical duties.
• Maintains front desk emergency contact logs and resident info.
• Assists managers with clerical responsibilities; pages staff as needed.
• Oversees RSVP sign-ups for events and transportation sign-ups.
