Provincial Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet guests, residents and employees, manage calls, take messages, and provide general information across our community.

In this role, you will answer phones, relay messages, assist visitors, organize mail and calendars, and support the marketing and dining teams with routine tasks. Prior customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred; full-time and part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service experience or equivalent training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees; manage calls and messages.
• Provide information of a general nature to visitors and staff.
• Collate and organize materials for marketing and dining teams.
• Update records and assist with scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain a neat reception area and handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
