Job summary

Ivy Living in Santa Monica is seeking a Concierge to greet visitors, handle resident requests, and provide clerical support to the staff. This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Shifts are Thursday and Sunday evenings (4:00–8:00 pm). The organization emphasizes exceptional service, safety, and teamwork within a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 2 years in hospitality or senior living.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) on a PC.
• Background check and health screening required.
• Compliance with health and safety protocols including PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests and visitors with exceptional customer service; answer telephones and direct calls.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Manage business center and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
