Job summary

Ivy Park at San Tomas, operated by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a part-time Concierge to deliver exceptional resident services on a well-maintained campus. You will greet residents and visitors, fulfill requests, arrange tours, answer a multi-line phone, and support the administrative staff in line with our mission and values.

Qualifications include 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience preferred, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required to prevent spread of diseases per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals clearly and promptly.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls immediately.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
