Job summary

Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park Cathedral Hill in San Francisco seeks a Concierge to greet visitors, assist residents, arrange tours, and support administrative staff. The role requires 18+, a HS diploma, and hospitality experience is preferred. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential. Background checks and health screenings are required.

This full-time AM shift Sunday through Friday offers benefits and growth within a compassionate senior-living team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For health and safety purposes, vaccination and compliance with regulatory guidelines may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record and direct calls professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Effectively manage business center and process mail.
