Job summary

Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet residents and visitors, manage calls, and provide essential office support. You will help keep the lobby presentable, assist with records and training materials, and contribute to a safe, well-organized community environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in concierge or senior living settings, strong communication skills, and the discretion to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year concierge or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide administrative support to the business office (mail, deliveries, scanning).
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area for residents, families, and staff.
• Support community readiness for inspections and ensure policy compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
