Job summary

Hawthorn Retirement Group in Allen, TX is seeking a Community Sales professional to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive engagement with prospective residents and families. You will guide inquiries from discovery through move-in, partnering with on-site teams and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a high-volume environment.
• Strong discovery, communication, and follow-up skills with seniors and families.

Responsibilities

• Sell face-to-face or over the phone with prospects to drive occupancy.
• Schedule and lead tours, lunches, and follow-ups highlighting Hawthorn’s value proposition.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and next steps.
