Job summary

Arbor Terrace Frisco, opening in 2027, seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations with full P&L accountability. You will set the tone for resident care, team engagement, and regulatory compliance, driving strategic direction and occupancy.

This high-impact role requires a proven senior living leader capable of building strong teams, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Georgia ALF license required.
• 3+ years senior living operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, occupancy, and financial goals.
• Ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of employee performance management and HR practices.
• Understanding of senior living regulations and industry trends.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, plus CRM/operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the community.
• Maintain P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of department leaders.
• Drive strong resident, family, and team member satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents and team members.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational performance and the resident experience.
