Qualifications

• 2+ years in senior living sales/marketing leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to grow occupancy and build relationships.
• Experience generating leads through referrals and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead community sales and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Develop partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and other professionals.
• Generate qualified leads through outreach and events.
• Plan and execute events, seminars, and community programs.
• Manage full sales process from inquiry to move‑in using CRM tools.
• Conduct personalized tours and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive community success.
• Maintain sales metrics and pipeline accuracy.
