Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to build relationships with older adults and their families, identify care needs, and present suitable living options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

You will guide families through tours and the decision-making process, follow up with prospective residents, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with community teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents.
