Job summary

Era Living at The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Community Relations Associate to support sales and resident move-ins. The role is 80% administrative and 20% sales, coordinating events and preparing promotional materials for potential residents and their families.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for events. Excellent communication, Windows/Microsoft Office skills, and a background check are required; base compensation plus benefits are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office and lead tracking database.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Community Relations Director to support sales initiatives and events.
• Provide administrative support: calendars, phones, inquiries, appointments, tours, and sales materials; maintain lead records.
