Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents for independent, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
• Respond to and follow up with walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins in a timely manner.
• Plan and implement events with Sales/Marketing Team and Program Director to generate referrals and leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families and care providers.
