Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Community Relations Director in New Castle, PA to lead the sales and marketing efforts for the community. You will tour prospects, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to drive move-ins while maintaining relationships with residents and referral sources.

You will also plan events, manage outreach, coordinate with executives, and monitor CRM metrics to meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a competitive outside and inside sales environment.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
• Respond to walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins timely and appropriately.
• Plan and implement events with Sales and Marketing Team to bring in leads and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional providers of care.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs used.
• Participate in weekend call coverage as needed.
• Secure budgeted move-ins and achieve net gains each month.
• Communicate with Executive Director and Regional Director on sales activity and plans.
• Create and implement a strong community outreach program to generate referrals.
• Coordinate quarterly media planning with current vendor.
