Qualifications

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow up with leads.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and lead management tools.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective residents and families to establish relationships, conduct tours, and qualify residents for admission.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ positioning, pricing, features, occupancy, and sales approaches.
• Collaborates with the Executive Director and sales team to develop and execute the annual sales/marketing plan and pricing strategies.
• Sets sales goals with the Executive Director and manages the lead base; implements corrective actions when targets aren’t met.
• Maintains detailed notes of contacts and next steps with all leads.
• Maintains occupancy reports and inventory forecasts for the community.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings to review lead traffic and move-in projections.
• Coordinates with marketing firm to ensure materials meet regulatory requirements.
