Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM/property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales activities to achieve occupancy, move-in, and revenue goals.
• Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources and partners.
• Conduct tours and presentations highlighting lifestyle and care experience.
• Guide families through decision-making and move-in with empathy and urgency.
• Maintain lead activity, inventory, forecasting and resident information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with executive directors, nursing, operations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitor market trends and occupancy to support planning and performance.
• Participate in quarterly sales and business development plans.
• Deliver high-touch customer experiences reflecting community culture.
• Attend training and development to strengthen sales and leadership skills.
