Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Marketing Liaison to help us spread the word about our vibrant, welcoming community. You will develop and implement strategies to attract new residents and strengthen connections with current ones.

You will collaborate with internal teams, conduct market research, create marketing materials, and build partnerships with local businesses and community leaders to drive occupancy and brand awareness. Healthcare experience preferred and strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare for at least two years is required.
• Experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in senior living or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive occupancy
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and messaging
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to foster partnerships and referrals
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform ongoing strategy and improvement
