Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and resident care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Lead clinical staff including nurses, aides, and case managers; provide coaching.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and best practices.
• Monitor safety and quality metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with administration and other departments to integrate services.
• Communicate with residents and families to address concerns.
