Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Dietary Manager Designation by state accepted / recognized institution or equivalent.
• Two years experience in a similar position desired.

Responsibilities

• Represents the campus positively and promotes safety and well-being of residents and staff.
• Communicates with Registered Dietitian and Executive Chef regarding meal planning.
• Coordinates certification of menus and publishes Certified Menus.
• Oversees dining areas to ensure Fine Dining and Family style/ direct dining approaches.
• Supports weight management and nutrition plans and documents data per policy.
