LanePark of Huber Heights is seeking dedicated staff to assist residents with activities of daily living and promote socialization. Responsibilities include helping residents with bathing, dressing, and serving meals, all while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, has excellent communication skills with the senior population, and is available for third shift and part-time work. Candidates with MC Dementia care experience are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing and dressing.
• Serve meals and support proper diet and fluid intake.
• Initiate and participate in leisure activities to promote socialization.
• Maintain daily resident records in compliance with company policy.
• Ensure the environment is clean, safe, and orderly.
• Support the community vision and attend required training sessions.

Conocimientos

Excellent communication skills with the senior population

Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations

Safety competence in operating required equipment

Proficient reading and writing in English

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Reliability to meet schedules and deadlines

Capacity to maintain confidentiality

Availability to work weekends and holidays
