The resident care assistant will provide personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to residents. The resident care assistant also will provide housekeeping services to residents and assist with activities and food service.

Must demonstrate emotional intelligence and zero tolerance for gossip, unproductive conflict, or disrespect of self and others.
Education: Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate preferred.
Experience providing services which involve care, empathy, personal attention, and dignity.
