Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Caregiver to join our California communities. This role provides personal assistance and daily care to residents, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence in a respectful, compassionate manner.

The position offers FT or PT shifts on-site, with a pay range of $18.50–$19.50 per hour. Training is provided, and applicants must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED, strong customer service, and a desire to support the elderly.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes of condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
