Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Caregiver - Assisted Living in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on providing personal care and daily assistance to residents in alignment with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate may have experience or be trainable; 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service, and clear communication. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, meals, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont may require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs preserving dignity and safety.
• Report any changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and departments.
