Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for part-time shifts in California. The role focuses on personal assistance and daily care to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life within a senior living community.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to resident needs, and maintaining safety. Minimum age 18, HS diploma or GED, strong customer service, and a willingness to train are required; background checks and health screenings will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check and health screening tests including TB required.
• Respects residents’ privacy and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration with other departments.
