Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily activities and care. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. The role supports resident independence and quality of life on a campus setting managed by Oakmont.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to resident needs promptly, and maintaining safety. Candidates must be at least 18, with a HS diploma or GED, and pass required screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and empathy for the elderly.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening including TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork across departments through cooperative interactions.
