Leisure Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents in our senior living communities in Everett, WA. This full‑time role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, and maintaining a warm, respectful environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have a CNA or related caregiving background, at least 1 year of experience, and a genuine passion for working with older adults.

Qualifications

• CNA preferred.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care)
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
• Create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
