Job summary

Monarch Communities in Beverly, MA seeks compassionate Care Manager (CNA/HHA) for a part-time 3pm–11pm shift. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities per care plans, preserving dignity and safety, and coordinating meals and activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated caregivers required.
• Experience with elderly residents preferred, including dementia exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and ensure they are groomed and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided and report changes in condition to supervisor.
