Job summary

Brightwater is seeking a Care Services Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic leadership across the continuum of care, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. The role focuses on clinical excellence, operational success, and an outstanding resident experience in a premier senior living community.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and partner with sales to support occupancy growth while fostering a culture of engagement

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• Current Community Residential Care Facility (CRCF) license.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Proven leadership and management experience within healthcare or senior living.
• Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership across Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care.
• Drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, recruitment and retention efforts.
• Manage budgets, resources and departmental performance to support operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and introduce new programs.
