Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to elders: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance.
• Monitor health and document changes; report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship; engage in conversations.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support social and recreational activities for resident well‑being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Contribute to light housekeeping and general cleanliness.
