You will participate in health monitoring, documentation, meals, and social activities while communicating clearly with residents and families. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care for elders (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor health and document changes, reporting to Wellness Team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities for well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Assist with light housekeeping and general cleanliness.
