Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide health monitoring and documentation: observe and report changes to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and engagement to reduce loneliness and anxiety.
• Assist with meals and support feeding when needed.
• Engage in social and recreational activities to enhance well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain general cleanliness.
