Job summary

Milestone is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide personal care, assist meals, and communicate changes to the Health & Wellness team.

This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day. Join Milestone to contribute to resident-centered service with teamwork and high standards of safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of caregiving or similar experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to pass health screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Follow each resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
• Document changes in resident condition per policy and state requirements.
• Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
• Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately.
• Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
