Job summary

Milestone is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents with daily living needs in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness team.

This full-time role offers meaningful work, a welcoming team, and opportunities to grow within a values-driven organization. Must have at least one year of caregiving experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of caregiving or similar experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Compassion for and desire to work with older adults.
• Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing.
• Pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Follow each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
• Document changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirements.
• Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
• Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately.
• Report any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policy.
• Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs.
• Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
