Job summary

Milestone Retirement is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide personal care, assist with meals, and communicate changes to the Health & Wellness team.

Join a team that prioritizes teamwork, resident-centered service, and mutual respect. Training on safety and documentation is provided, with occasional shifts to meet resident needs in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of caregiving or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
• Document changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirements.
• Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
• Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately.
