Qualifications

• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor health and document changes for Wellness Team review.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support social and recreational activities for resident well-being.
• Communicate with residents, families, teammates, and guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness and light housekeeping as required.
