Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior.
• Emotional support and companionship; engage in conversation and activities.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Engage in social and recreational activities; connect with families and team.
• Light housekeeping to maintain cleanliness.
