Job summary

CARE PARTNERS is seeking compassionate team members to provide personal care and support in our senior living setting. You will assist Elders with daily living activities, monitor health, and offer companionship while collaborating with the Wellness Team.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, engaging residents in life-enriching activities, communicating with families and staff, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care with respect and dignity.
• Observe and document changes in health to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow state licensing requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist elders with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor health, document changes, and report to Wellness Team.
• Provide emotional support and engage residents in conversation and activities.
• Assist with meals and may help with feeding when needed.
• Support social and recreational activities to enhance well-being.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other team members; maintain cleanliness.
