You will partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning, and resident monitoring, collaborating with activities and dining to enhance experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience for a minimum of 1+ year.
• Strong staffing, scheduling, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
